some issues during stay
dark roombathroom privacy
The room was quite dark. I noticed there was not much overhead lighting, a real problem during the evenings. also, the bathroom situation was a bit odd. the frosted glass box design offered minimal privacy especially for the toilet, it's not ideal when you're sharing the room.

check-in was smooth! the superior king room had a spacious shower, modern fittings, and a warm ambiance, very romantic. the bed was so comfy! i also appreciated the movie selection on the tv, a small touch , made our evenings more enjoyable. i extended my stay because of these good features.
the only minor inconvenience was the limited space for luggage storage in the superior king room.

the hotel is near lygon street and its amazing restaurants. the city center is also easily accessible, a short distance away, giving access to many attractions. proximity to these key areas provides convenience for exploration.

the front desk staff provided a warm welcome and clear explanations of the hotel facilities. their support made the arrival process pleasant. a very attentive manager offered great assistance to meet needs effectively! overall, the service was great.

the lobby offers great coffees for a quick treat. the lord lygon wine bar and restaurant provides nice food and drink options. these on-site features enhanced the experience with varied dining experiences.

I appreciated the beautiful design throughout the entire hotel. Bedrooms and the breakfast room had thoughtful design. The hotel team were both helpful and friendly. The room's bar and snack menu was nice. The red wine was great (I really liked it!). I found on-site parking quite convenient.
The glass walls in the toilet offered limited privacy (I prefer full privacy).

The hotel has a central location. This provided convenient access to numerous restaurants (I enjoyed trying different cuisines!). It's a short 15-minute walk to the city center. The location is ideal for exploring this area.

The breakfast included a choice of one dish from the menu. Two drinks came with it. The dishes tasted good, and portions seemed ample (the coffee was excellent). I also appreciated the relaxing breakfast space.

The room had soft lighting and adjustable controls. The shower offered fantastic pressure and an enormous space. The gym is compact, but it has everything I needed! I have rebooked for July.

The room felt quite small. Space for luggage was insufficient. My belongings ended up on the dusty carpet after my bag fell off a stool. I requested an extra luggage rack, but the receptionist directed me to contact housekeeping myself. The design included a sink that was too low. The toilet door had semi see-through sections, impacting privacy.
